“Transport” is a three week topic, exploring many forms of transport from bicycles and boats to trains, aeroplanes and rockets. There are 30 planned activities related to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. These plans are editable with the intention that practitioners can adapt them to meet the needs of individuals and small groups of children.
It is very likely that some activities will run for the length of the topic for example the car wash or the role play garage, others such as making boats and exploring the concept of floating and sinking might be extended over a period of a week, and others might be seen as “one off” experiences like making pizza wheels or playing the “Hide the Horse” game at circle time.
This disk contains many different sheets designed to help young children with counting and developing pencil skills. The focus for letters and sound activities is B, W and T.
