“All About Me” is a lovely theme for young children. This CD contains 30 planned activities directly related to the EYFS (Revised Curriculum 2012). As with all the disks in this range, the planning sheets are completely editable.

The planned activities will help children learn about families and how, even though they might appear different, there are lots of things that all families have in common. They will have the opportunity to talk about brothers and sisters and grandparents and to meet babies and pets! The plans include two role play areas, a baby area and a hairdressers.

The featured letters on this disk are H, D and L and they incorporate a range of handwriting sheets and letter and sound games.

Several activities are planned related to “self care”, particularly washing and dressing. The children will learn about clothes and their different fastenings and they will have the opportunity to look at special clothes such as uniforms or wedding dresses. They will learn about the importance of cleaning themselves and their clothes.

At the end of the topic there is a lotto game with lovely pictures related to all the activities in which the children have taken part. As the children play the game and chat about the pictures, you should be able to gain an insight into what they have learned and enjoyed during the topic.
